Is that the Pismo Coast Village campground, the one on the ocean side of the road...we used to camp there and loved it.
Phyl had all the campsite numbers marked where you could see the ocean..(even a bit..)

curley who is going out to the "asylum" to watch their fireworks show tonite....yes 4th of July on the SECOND....it is at the asylum you know..
