I shot a CAS match today using my 56-50 Spencer, a pair of 1860 C&B revolvers (gunfighter style), and a 30" 12g hammer shotgun, all with black powder, of course, and shot one stage in 71.55 seconds, clean. It isn't often I break 100 seconds with the Spencer, and I've never broken 80 until today. Woo Woooo! Everything was "in the groove" for a change, and no fumbles single loading those last three. :D

Congratulations! That is a feat to be envied! ;D ;D ;D

I'm a "mid 30 seconder" when shooting "normal" guns, but this Spencer is just SO much fun to shoot! I often have a problem with the first round feeding, and end up having to jiggle the lever a bit to coax it out of the tube and into the chamber, but after that, the next six feed just fine.

My hat's off to ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truly a "spirit of the game" accomplishment!!
