Sister shucked the them after another polish and with squishing them first.  Extra work, but worth it to not be annoyed at the shooting line  ;D

Francis will have to stay on vacation for awhile.  That picky little darling will only eat the low brass, or more correctly, only SPIT OUT the low brass. ;D

Thats good news!  I am keeping my eye out for 8mm 16 ga hulls but nothing so far.
He any good?
He's killed more people than smallpox!
Well hell, introduce us.

Paper Chaser

Lou, been 'looking around' for some hulls for you -- no joy yet!  but will keep browsing.  Surely there's some somewhere.

That's what the problem is. Miz Lou is now a celeb. and everybody wants to be like Lou. Shoot BP and 16ga shotgun, hence a shortage of 16ga shells............Buck 8) ::) ;)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Adirondack Jack

Lou, you probably have forty-leven more hulls ya forgot about (which would be 21% of the US supply) :)

I have a MEC Supersizer that uses a collet to size the brass.    When I'm reloadin' odd recycled brass I hold it in the supersize whilest I spin on the finished roll crimp.  The shells drop in real slick and shuck out fine when I do that.  The Supersizer is NOT a shotshell loader, but it is one great way to get shells all the way back to factory size.

That's it, Dick! ( I couldn't remember the name)

MEC Supersizer, otherwise known as the "squisher thingy"  It's a red dohickus, bolts to the bench, and has a lever that squishes the hull all around the brass part when it's sitting down in the hole.  ;D

Be kind.  I've learned A LOT of new skills in a few short years.  I just can't remember what to call all the new toys I'm playing with. ;D

It's the darn nomenclature Lou,

In life, it ain't the theory or the practice that's hard to understand it's the language.  The more multisillyable words we kin string together, the wiser we sound.  Put enuf of 'em together and ya kin get a degree, flat hat and all.  Hell they will even play Edward Elgars' music for ya when ya walks up to get the rolled paper.

Nomenclature is all that separates the eggheads from the common folk.  They can't do nuthin' and the sure sound good doin' it.

Go ahead and call yer Supersizer a squishy thingy and you will be well understood and that's what matters.
