Main spring housing

Does anyone know of a source for the flat mainspring housing with the lanyard ring? Especially after market.
I have seen a number of surplus ones but all alr in poor condition.

Midway lists "Colt 1918 WW1-Style W/Lanyard Loop, product number, 120-309, $42.99"

I am sure Brownells has them also, but don't have their catalog handy.
