A Sioux warrior in a Dance Costume and an Spencer carbine.

It could be that I'm all wet, but those ca'tridges in his loops look to be a skosh long to feed thru a Spencer.  Just my 2 cents worth.  Maybe both belt and Spencer are photographer's props.
