Vintage Osbourn Strap Cutters; Old Girls Gets A New Breath Of Life

After being advised not to get the Cast Aluminum Osbourn Stap Cutter and seek out one of the heavier steel and vintage ones. These came to me from Ebay. Some intricate filing and fitting and two hours later I have 1 fully functional Vintage Osbourn Strap cutter with her sister waiting patiently for refurbishing.
I made a custom ground blade from a craft knife blade.
As you can see it cuts great.
Post refurbishing I'm going to locate a plater and have the handles done in brass.
