Looking for C&B gunsmith

I'll try here, maybe someone can help me out.
I have a Spiller and Burr which shoots all over the place, even from a rest.
Bore  3.70
Cylinders 3.65
Could someone point me to a smith that could ream the cylinder
out to say 3.70 or 3.75
I normaly shoot a 3.80 ball in my other .36 cal. revolvers and would like
to stay with that size of ball.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

Try Oklahoma Tom aka Bryan Buck of 3B Shooting supply.

He was doing action jobs at the NCOWS Convention and had a lot of pleased custommers.
Including me:  He tweaked my  new "58" so that it would handle my conversion cylinder that all my other Remys would handle but it wouln't.
