Uberti 1873 - year of manufacture

Hurray,

I have a used Uberti 1873 coming soon. I've been looking in to them for quite a while. When I get it, is there any way to find the year of manufacture? I'm just curious that's all.

Just the other day Steel Horse Bailey pointed me to this post. Should be a small box with a letter(or 2 letter) code on the bottom tang. There's a chart in this thread that tells the date.

Thank you pony express. I'll look for a couple of letters like that and post back here what I find.
