Gentlemen,
Our church and community are raising money to build an orphanage in Haiti.  They can build a fifty bed facility for $25,000, and the elementary school kids raised $1,000 in mostly pennies in the first three days.  I know everyone is trying to raise money for Haiti in general, but this seems like a specific, reachable goal.  If anyone is interested in helping, you can send your contribution to Valley House of Hope, c/o Dale Beethe, 105 S. 18th Street, Ord, NE  68862.  The land has already been obtained, and every penny of the donations will go to build this orphanage.  After it's built, it will be staffed and supported by House of Hope Haiti.  Their website is houseofhopehaiti.com if you want to look them up.  (I don't think this orphanage project is listed on the website.)  You can also donate directly to them if you want to.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if you watch the news, you know they need help NOW!  Thanks, gentlemen.
