Great pictures Pard, looks like every one was having a good time, those are pretty spiffy duds you have on there, you're looking the part for sure, the other picture you look like you got a bead on the bad guy, those new Bisley's look right at home in your hands. ::) :o 8) I made a copy of these for my book. ;D

                          Thanks for the look see

Hey gang,...thanks for the nice comments.  The hat is a Stetson "Boss of the Plains" hat that I got through Tonto Rim a few years back.  Gun Click...the vest was made by my better half...and she thanks you for the compliment.  When she makes me a new vest she always pads up the right shoulder area so that I can shoot the long range guns without recoil pads...she does such a good job you really have to look to see the additional padding.  In fact she made the shirt as well....

Ten Wolves...the Bisley's are right on point of aim..however I did put some weaker hammer springs into them...I have only used them in two matches so far....if they are as good as the old model Bisley's I have it made for sure...but I still have a hankering to use the GW II's...guess I need four arms :-\ :D
However...I seem to be slipping as I get older...I took third place for the year (our club) in SIlver Senior. ..slipped down one slot over 2008...guess I have to get practicing a little more.  Maybe another set of new guns??? ;D ;D  Can always use another set of wet molding guns too ;D

Outrider you're right, ifin you can't hit the target every time at any angle sitting standing or laying down, if you can't hit them there targets, then it's time for some MORE NEW GUNS, what ya think  :-\ ??? ::) 8) :D ;D

Wouldn't ya know it,hand made vest, can't be bought in any store, great idea on the padding too.I have a green colored long coat i been trying to put togetrher an outfit for.I have the hat like you do and that vest goes real good with that hat. It's the same coat Gary Cenise wore when Gene Hackman was hangin him on The Quick and the Dead.

Howdy Outrider,

You are lookin' good there Sir!
You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself

outrider

Thanks for the kind comments...Actually since I quit smoking I have gained about 35 pounds..so I look a little different than in my usual picture.

Wiley...I have always liked the Bisley's...when I first started shooting I had a standard 7 1/2" Ruger Old Model Vaquero converted in to a Bisley....but alas it was stolen several years ago...since then I have been able to get my hands on a few more...when I have time I will set up a photo of the Bisley's that I have.
