Stohlman Swivel Knife...

  Well, I broke down and bought a Al Stohlman Leather Handle Swivel knife today.  The had it on sale for about 40% off and couldn't pass it up.  Boy what a sweet knife.  It has a stainless steel blade, that polished up really nice.  Smooth as butter cutting.  Now there is no more excuses for not carving.

I picked one of these a year or so ago. Great little knife. I also picked up one of the ASB non leather handled ones, the steel ones. They are very nice as well, and for most work, I go to the steel handled knife. The leather one has its moments too tho!
