Two Piettas are the high-mileage pistolas. Not sure how many rounds, but these have been main CAS and general shootin' pistols.
Just tuned em up a couple evenings ago. I repaired one hand spring and tweaked the timing on the other. I may have replaced one hand and replaced both hammer "cams" twice so far. Everything else is original equipment including the "lousy" factory Pietta cones.
Luv the 1860s  ....I have a nice ASM and a pair of kit-built consecutive Uberti as well as some cartridge conversions.
