Does anybody happen to remember the distance between stiches for 45LC bullet loops and also the distance between the holes on the belt to sew them on?

Cattleman,

Did you find what you needed in the FYI section of the forum???  If not I will post the measurements again

Howdy, Pards!
For .45 LC, I use a 5/8 inch spacing on the belt.  The spacing on the strip of leather depends a bit on the thickness of the leather.  I use 4-5 oz, but measure the actual thickness with a vernier micrometer!  I prefer leather between .072-.076" thick.  I lay out the loop spacing using a pair of dividers with the tips moderately sharp.  Depending on the leather thickness I space the dividers 1-9/32 to 1-5/16".  Thicker leather needs a bit more space:thinner leather a bit less.  I usually take a strip of leather and lay a short piece (say, enough to make three loops), and a scrap piece of belt material and stitch on the loops, and try the loops with some cartridges.  If a bit snug, the leather can be stretched by wetting the loops and inserting the cartridges for a few hours.  Of course, if the loops are too loose you may need to shorten the distance on the strip.

Hope this helps...
