What part of Oregon did you visit? I'm only a 1/2 hour out of downtown Portland, on the southwest side. If you ever get up to my neck of the woods, give me a shout. That applies to anyone on the forum! JD

We went to Grants Pass and Selma. We used to own a place there and have a few friends in the area. I'll definitely look you up if I get up in your area. Thanks for the invite. We had a good time but there wasn't enough of it so we may need to go back again soon.

Well it's good to have you back, the town was pretty peaceful for the most part, we have a great bunch of Pards here in the Leather Shop, which makes it nice for all. The area you were in is really beautiful, what I remember the most about Northern California and Oregon, is how green everything is, it's a beautiful place to visit or I'm sure live also.

Never been in that area,but when i went to Bend Oregon i sure did like it.Gas ever goes down again i like to go..Sounds like ya had a nice trip.

Thanks. It was a good time. We went into a thrift shop and looked at all the old leather they had. Nothing interesting but I expect one day to find that one special saddle or other item.

I agree about the great pards on the forum. We're really fortunate here.
