Im looking for texas John Critter 1 month still no shotgun

Hey Pards, as some of you who peruse the other cowboy forums my know I have been looking for a man I sent registered fund to for a shotgun. his alias is Texas John Critter, I will withhold his real name for now. Anyhow I am beginning to think I have been taken, its been over a month and now I discover his phone is disconnected. he hails from Muir MI.
i'm asking if any pards know him to nudge him to do the right thing. righ now I just want my money back, I have not hand contact sinc his second promise to ship on 31 AUG 09. I am also looing for any clubs he shoots, and who handles law enforcement in Muir MI an online check looks to be only a town of 800 so I'm thinking sheriffs office? what county is Muir in any help from my wolverine pards would be greatly appriciated.  JB

He's posted here off and on over the years.  Last post that I could find by him was the in June of this year but I did find one that said that he would be shooting at their state championship.  He wasn't on the final results for the match though.  He always seemed like a nice guy so something must have happened to him.


Maybe someone will see this that can help you out.  Hope so.

  Update, I have one unconfirmed report that TJC has been ill, and in and out of the hospital. Still no contact, but still hope this all works out. JB
