I would like to put a new rig together this winter for Wronggun, but I don't have a "pattern" for a woman's gun belt. I know the holsters need to hang a bit different too, but I think I have that figgered out. Last rig had oxblood roses, turned out purdyy , but doesn't fit all that well.
Thanks,
Knarley

I don't have a pattern for a woman's belt but I always just put a little more curve into it so it conforms to their shape better than a straight belt. Be sure to post pics for us to enjoy.

Welcome to the forum, pard. Looking forward to your posts.

Welcome to the Leather Shop Forum, like Marshal Will said a gun belt for a female needs to have much more of a curve in it, I would think the easiest way to get a pattern for her, would be to work with paper, the brown paper I use is from Lowes, and used for laying on the floor to keep things clean, it comes in a large roll, and it's cheap, you will have to play with the curve to get it right, but you can do it, and when you get a pattern you think will work for her, you can transfer it to white poster paper, what is nice about doing it this way, is that you can make correction along the way until you get it perfect. when you're through with the pattern, you can store it for making more belts, most the gals seem to like the buckle in the back, so the part of the belt worn in the front is usually straight, then you start your curve at the hips so that you end up being able to buckle the belt in the back with ease, this is where getting the right angle is important, this takes time, so go slow and you'll get there.

Let us see how it turns out
