Which reduced mainspring for NMV?

Hi pards,

I have a pair of NMV in 357 and am wanting to change out the springs - mainspring & trigger spring. I'll be going with Wolff springs.

I understand the standard NMV  spring is #17. Wollf make a #14, #15 & #16 spring. Longhuner sells the #15 spring so I guess he recommends this for SASS but I'm wondering if the #14 is too light?

Is the #14 still reliable?
