need lettering done

hey pards im working on a belt for a lady here in town and was gonna do a little bullrider scene one the back where a name would be but after doing the drawing then reducing to the size i needed it was way to small to try to carve so what i need is something bout and inch high sort of fancy  but not to fancy can someone draw up or give me an idea where to look for lettering

Feather those are great and i can use them but im looking for the alphabet lettering but thanks for the scrool patterns to put the names on

If you have any half-way decent word processing program (most computers do): Type in what you want then play with the font, size, and whether bold or not until you get what you want.
There are also tons of free fonts available for download many with a western flavor.....

hey Chuck thanks for the info found jut want i wanted and got it carved on the belt and now workin on the Sheridan style floal pattern hope to have pics posted as soon as i get an adapter to hook the camera up to the computer

You're welcome - I use that trick all the time for lots of things where and when I need some nice lettering....got a couple of fonts that I can even type letters as if I were using a quill pen........on the right paper it looks pretty darn good......there are also several old time printers fonts such as Caslon, Poor Richard, adn Book Antiqua that look right smart ob proper paper...
