Are these avaliable anywhere? I was watching a made for TV western (2009 production) last month. Several of the actors were using reproduction 1866 carbines that had these buttplates on them. I was wondering if Uberti used them in early production of their 1866 carbines.

With the exception of the engraving, that should be a standard item on Uberti's current production mod 66 carbines.  Look here:

Not sure about the trapdoor for the cleaning rods.

Sorry, maybe I should have posted this first.  Apparently the current production do not have the trapdoor.

The Henry rifle has a trapdoor, but I see from VTIgunpart's site, there is no Carbine stock for the Henry. As for the rifle, the part's shape and size is the same on the 60 and 66 (for that matter, the 73 except for matterial)..  Check VTIgunparts.  You will need to drill a hole in the wood for the cleaning rod or whatever else you want to put in there.

What Flint said.  Installing a Henry rifle buttstock on your carbine would work.  And the Henry cresent butt plates do have the trapdoor, if that's what you want.  Here's some examples:

When I attempted to use the "cleaning rod conpartment" on my Henry, my Dixie '66 cleaning rod wouldn't fit.  It was just about half an inch too long.   :(

I guess I should have said: Does Uberti make this buttplate (with sliding trapdoor) for the 1866 carbine?  That way all I would be doing is changing out the buttplate instead of getting a new buttstock (1860 Henry) for my 66 carbine. My Uberti stock already has the hole drilled in it, making me wonder if these buttplates were avaliable at one time.

My Uberti '66 carbine ser.# 5XX has no trap in the butt. Historically speaking, the original '66 Winchester carbines were first produced with the cresent butt plate (same as the rifle) and at some point later on ,Winchester switched to the popular carbine butt plate.
