Anybody use Cylindersmith for reaming out cylinder throats? If so, how well done was his work and what was his turn-around time?

Looks like no one has used The Cylinder Smith. Well I just purchased a Ruger 44 mag/44-40 convertible a couple of weeks ago. Ruger has never made the cylinder throats large enough on their 44-40 cylinders, at least I've never come across one that was correct. They have always been too small.
I came across the cylindersmith.com on the web and thought I'd ask the CAS shooter's if they had ever used him or not. Received no replys, so I assume no one has used him. He is a CAS shooter and says he's done quite a few (over) 1,000 cylinder reams.
I sent him my cylinder and received it back in 10 days. This time includes shipping time both ways from the west coast to the east coast. He charged $39.00 which included shipping and insurance back to me.
The cylinder looks great and I was very pleased with his prices and turn-around time. I recommend him to any of you pard's who might need their cylinder throats reamed. His web site URL is: Cylindersmith.com

I've never used him but I have read of many who have on the Ruger Forum and have read nothing bad. However, be it noted that not only do the throats need opened up but on many the neck as well. You need a larger chambereing reamer to do this. I had this done as well as the throats opened up on two new Colt FSS's and swear by it. Turned them into tackdrivers and the shells fall into the chambers. No more having to force a ctg. in the chamber. It cost about $100 per cylinder with shipping done by a CAS 'smith in CA.

FCK,
Been outta town and haven't had a chance to shoot any 44-40's through it yet. I did try chambering some of my Big Lube reloads and did have one that was a bit snug. I may have to open up the neck as well. I'll play it by ear. Maybe I ought to grab several boxes of reloads and try them to see if they all fall in. The one that was snug was a RP case. I tried several of the other Rem reloads with out problems.  Winchester's have thinner necks and should be okay. I primarily purchase WW brass now anyway.
Was your CA gunsmith named Hooper? I thought about him originally, but for some reason went with the Cylindersmith.

Fox Creek, I'll have to get that info from you.  I have a Uberti clone (Cimmaron) that I about have to hammer the rounds in the last 1/32 of an inch.
