Colt-aholics usually make such statements to try to find something negative about USFA. ;D

Blackpowder Burn

All I can say it that every one of their products I have is of superlative quality and very fairly priced - and I'll be patient with some bumps in the road to get that.  There isn't a company out there that hasn't introduced products that weren't commercially successful, didn't make it past the drawing board, etc., even if they were a technical success - remember the Colt Paterson and how ole Sam went bankrupt?

There will be some fits and starts as USFA tries new products to expand their business.  I'm just darned glad there are companies like them still trying to do it in the firearms market today. I'll be patient and save my money so I can buy one when they become available.

What a company makes is THEIR business. Someone wants to start a new business and make what they cant buy,,go for it. To undercut a company over a product they dont produce is ,,,,unethical.  Most think it's as simple as saying on Monday morning,,,'Hey, we gonna make these this week cause so and so is moaning over one.'

Well, it doesnt work that way.

For the products they produce,,,show me another company that does as good as USFA ?? Colt ?  Yeaaaa, righttttttt :(

You can always buy antiques...you are under NO obligation to purchase from ANY paticular company. I just wish I had money to buy a USFA 71/2" barrel single action army. Thats my dream revolver. I won't consider buying one from any other maker,,and am holding out that I can aquire the funds some day.

I only have one lowly Rodeo so far but I have to say the gun is of superlative quality ESPECIALLY for the price of a Rodeo.  I've handled other SAA USFAs and they are beautifully built guns.

USFA is a great resource for the firearms we love and they're built with real quality.  I too can live with some "bumps" in the road.
Problem is, cash is short right now and I want another!!

Colts, Rugers, Italian clones....nah!  I for one am thrilled that an American company makes such impressive guns.  I'm a big fan of USFA.

For anyone still wondering about Gary. Yes, he's still at USFA. I just talked to him there, and he's helping me with a problem with my rodeos.

BTW, I've bought several USFA's from him over the years, and he's a 100% stand-up guy.  He's always gone out of his way to be sure I'm satisfied and get a good deal.
