hi  this is how i formed my 348wcf into the above,
lee universal neck expander die  comes with 2 plugs these will expand the neck from .22 to .45, its a nice piece of kit,   
what i did first was experiment with 9mm 10mm 11 and 12mm drill bits,
sawn in half and use shanks end (bit that goes into drill)
the other end had bushings made of copper  pipe turned to correct dia of lee die on the poor mans lathe
these worked and more importunatley worked in the lee die
after finding out the prototypes worked i had a toolmaker freind of mine make up 4 spuds for the lee expander to my design
must say i offered the design to mr lee............
