Scoring qualification targets

I fired the Krag for qualification today, it wasn't my best day of shooting. I have notified the markmanship director and am awaiting his mailing address. My question is, before I bother sending these targets in, what is the scoring criteria? If all of the bullets are in the black do you qualify? I certainly wouldn't win any matches with the groups I made today, but I did manage to get at least two shots in the x ring on all but one target. The rest of the bullets were sort of scattered about. I equate at least some of this to the old ammunition and the bore condition of my rifle. This combined with less than stellar shooting on my part made for a rather disappointing day at the range. I still think I made it if the total score of 85% is used. I would appreciate any feedback on this matter.

Nobody is willing or able to answer this fellas? Come on...

I wanted to mail these targets tomorrow morning, I was expecting the marksmanship director, or someone to have responded by now.  Seeing there is no scoring criteria listed now, nor was there before the decision to change the marksmanship program other than an 85% percentile to qualify for the badge in a postal match, I assume the current marksmanship rules apply until the new ones are released. This is what U.S. Scout said in another thread anyway. If the "V" in the center ring of the target represents the Roman numeral 5, I can only extrapolate the total possible score to be 100. If this is the case, I have scored a 94 percentile out of a possible 100 with 7 of the 25 rounds inside the V ring. I hope this helps.
