Fixed front sight

Have  a question , if you start bringing the front sight down a little at a time on a blued pistol , should you have it reblued ? i heard of something called cold blue? not really sure on this . ???

Sure you can blue it, cold blues will do the trick as long as you don't have any oil there. I have a bottle of Black Magic that I use to touch my guns up............Buck 8) ::) ;)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

I use Dicropan T-4 from Brownells.  It is a dark cold blue and it works better if the parts are a but warm.  Cold blue won't hold up like the real thing but I have good results my way. 
DON'T file off too much at a time. No more than 0.020" at a time.  I almost over did my RV.  It's hard to put it back  :P

Thanks for the feedback , i'm going to dial it in with diffrent loads, get it close & start to flie :o lol
