Problems with AOL

After several weeks trying to sort out the problems with AOL, I have come to the conclusion that we can no longer have AOL email addresses on the caslist.

Many of our other services are not working properly towards our AOL users.

CasCity.com and our server are so called whitelisted by AOL, but we are still treated as spammers. Many AOL users are not receiving emails from our autoresponders like password reminders, the same goes for our newsletter and notifiers in Forum Hall.

Today, I was forced to delete all aol addresses from the caslist to prevent us from being blacklisted.

We never send out emails unless it is requested from recipient, but AOL has caused so much problem that I can no longer justify the time and resources to sort this out.

To our AOL users, I am truly sorry, but I had no other option.

The postmaster at AOL has been notified.

Marshal, how do I go about changing my email address for CAS-L?  I do have an alternate on Mindspring I can use.

This problem occurs only in relation to bulk email (newsletters) and autoresponders.

Btw, we have received an email from AOL and surprisingly they will now work with us to resolve this problem.
