finished camp stool

howdy pard finially got the camp stool laced had to settle for natural lace but thats cool it looks good but here are the pics enjoy guys

Outstanding work there Cowboy 316. What other kind of lace were you looking to use? What you've got there looks mighty fine to me. Eventually I'll make anoither seat for mine, and I will lace the next one for sure, based on how good yours looks. JD

thanks for the kind words the lace i wanted was a dark brown but the saddle shop didnt have any and i wasnt able to get to the tandy shop in the next town an hour away but oh well i like it and as for lacing that does take time LOL

It looks right at home next to the fire place. I think I'm going to get one of those and try to retro-fit wood legs to it.

Ya might try to find a ladder back chair with the woven cane bottom the right size to lace the leather seat into.

That stool is cool!!!!!! When I can get back out to the shop, I am going to work on my carving, you did a AWESOME job, maybe in 20 years or so, I will be able to carve. Keep up the good work.
