Dang SHB, check the prices on the bolt head and extractor, and dont ever sell that one.
I have about 8 of them, but no complete bolts. Some darn fine rifles, if the parts were available.

Every time I get the urge to sell something, I look at that old '88 ... then I smile and put it back in the safe.  It's a fine shooter, and I'd NEVER possibly get the value that it's worth to me   so I reckon it's one of them "Grandson's" guns.  He'll get it when I have no more use for it.

I have communicated with Jerry that it is unlikely that I will be able to put the effort into building the WW1 match to the levels that I can obtain.  My employer is currently looking at reducing staff by 8,000 this quarter.  If I am unemployed, I will be focusing all efforts on finding new employement.  If I am not laid off, we will be very busy.

Not to mention, I don't feel current economic situation lends itself to this shoot.  I am very sorry to say, that it is not going to be the year for the World War 1 match.

There is also the Army Reserve floating around in the back ground.  I have been medically cleared my my doctors from almost dropping dead a few years back with a blood clot, but the Reserve Surgeon wishes to review the paperwork.  My gut tells me that I will be cleared for duty and there is a strong likelihood that I will be in Branch Certification late this year.

I do apologize with all sincerity but I do not feel I will be able to put forth the effort to make this match happen.
