Duke´s Movie Gun Blue

Does anyone know if this finish is available on regular SSA's or just the Red River D commerative?  I e-mailed USFA, but didn't get anything back.

Yes!  It is basically the same finish that you see on the Gunslinger model as well as the Custer Battlefield Gun.

Don't know if you have ever seen one of these guns in person.  If not, then I want to assure you that they are much more attractive than the pictures on the USFA web site would lead you to believe.  The photographs all seem to give a blackish tint to the finish which is actually a steel gray color.

The Gunslinger is OK, but the Duke gun looks more like a blue gun that has been wire brushed.  Not really aged.  I think it is the Old Armory blue vs the dome blue (I may have that backward).
