I'm currently shooting one Colt Cowboy model and a Taurus Gaucho in Frontier Cartridge. Is there any one place thats better to purchase a USFA? Is it a order and wait process or are the guns in stock? Looking to end up with two new 45's but I have to do it one gun at a time. Must say that after looking and reading I'm sold on these guns. Let me say that both my present guns are running fine, I just have that "ITCH" Thanks for any Help David

At the bottom of this page there is an ad from Longhunter offereing the USFA Rodeo with action job for $595.
That is about as good as it gets  ;)
I have a tuned gun from Jim Finch aka Longhunter, thats slick as glass.

Now if the Itch say's preimum grade finish, then perhaps there is a wait period and the price tag.

when planets align...do the deal !

+1 what Major said.

You can't go wrong with Long Hunter.  I wanted two Premiums in 44-40, and USFA had them in stock, so you just have to call him and check on the waiting time.  USFA seems to have more in stock nowadays.

I'm planning on buying a pair of 45LC rodeos from him as backups.  I'm hooked on both USFA and Long Hunter. ;D
