SAD DAY ( for my wife)

Attended my first CAS match yesterday , what a blast , Boy did I have fun!!! Went to the Carolina Cattelmen's Shooting & Socila Socity ' s monthley Shoot. Boy did I have fun. They had approx 35 shooters sign up for a day of fun, boy did I have fun, and shooting. Wicked Wanda set the stages with a Valeintines Day theme. WHERE'S MY SWEETHEART, GIT BACK YOU VARMIT, and more, Boy did I have fun.

Their shoot is the first saturday of the month in Creedmoor, NC
Did I mention that I had fun. I will be attending more shoots !!!

So yesterday was a sad day for my wife another Staurday booked for me

Did I mention I had FUN!!! was for certain , and for sure ,and without a doubt Fun..I did mention I had fun didn't I. Looks like Mike Dillon will be gettin more of my money for new shell plates ,powder measures, and dies for my 550 !!

If she would go with an open mind, she would probably enjoy meeting new people and what a great reason to go out to buy new clothes!!! I know that all our pards are the nicest people I've met in my entire life and I really HATE not being able to go to all the shoots MM gets to go to because I have to work.

Tried to get her to go last sat..and have invited her for next month...the only shooting is interested in is keeping her CCW current.She keeps that 3" bbl Chief Special within reach at all times

Tell her that this will help her keep and imporve her shooting skills and using different handguns never hurts. I like knowing that I can shoot any gun in the house with skill and accuracy - be it my duty issued Glock or my Ruger birdsheads. Okay Arcey and Tensleep - stop laughing!

Ya'll just gotta take the wife. I got mine ta come with me, and 2 months later we was sharin' guns. Two months after that, there was another full CAS setup in the gun safe

Turns out, it's almost as much fun fer her as it is fer me

Course the down side is, now the wifes learnin' to shoot $:-\$ Ya just never know what kinda trouble that can cause

My wife, Calamity JoAnne, is completely hooked on SASS.
She said we oughta sign up for a bunch of 2005 annual shoots usin' the tax refund $$ that may come this weekend.
I was kinda ponderin' on re-sidin' the bunkhouse with the refund $$ first, but PRIORITIES, ya know!
