1871 Open Top, Stainless or Nickel Finish

I'm looking for such an Open Top, in stainless or Nickel Finish.
Who of you Pisteleros owns one or two or more    , and which company made these.

Definitely an Uberti, by the wood and the engraving and patent date stamps. 
I have two, plus extra barrels and cylinders.  Many local CAS shooters have opentops, but none I have seen have nickel. (there is no stainless version that I know of). 

It is offered in nickel by Taylors, but it is not listed in nickel by Uberti or Cimarron.  The nickel may be a Taylor exclusive......

No stainless offered & Uberti does not "factory" nickel anymore I believe. It's up to the importer here to "farm" it out to be done I believe. Abilene will be along to tell us shortly. I have a two digit Open Top that I got in Sept. '99 out of the first stateside shipment and I had it nickel plated by a local guy. It has faux ivory Mexican Eagle grips & a lanyard ring and has been fired over 10,000 times with real BP loads. So many that I had to have a recoil plate machined into the breech face. The gun is as tight today as it was new.

Just a few weeks ago I asked a local dealer to contact Taylors about ordering a '72 open top with a nickel finish, per their web site. He hasn't told me that they didn't accept the order, but he did say that Taylors would probably have the nickel applied by a stateside firm.

The Uberti Open Tops are available in Germany in the regular blue/CCH finish, "in the white" (stainless look) with fire-blued screws (the ones I have seen were in .38 Special with Navy grips) and factory engraved with silver plating.

Cimarron for the most part doesn't import Ubertis with nickle plating any more because Uberti's plating was not consistent.  They stock a few guns in nickle, but basically will get any gun you want plated (I think it takes a month or so).  They send the gun to Ford Plating, who do a good job.  They also rarely order engraved guns from Uberti any more because it takes so long.  They mostly use Savannah Gun Works (SASS member Have A Bourbon) for engraving.
