Uberti manufacture dates

Any way to get approximate dates (ar at least year) of manufacture of Uberti firearms by the serial number? Any serial tables available anywhere?

I seem to recall (and Joss House has confirmed) that service used to be available from the old Uberti USA, but they're gone now. In some cases I could contact the various importers, but in other cases, they are no longer in business or no longer handling these items.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think you must contact Uberti to get mfg. dates. Uberti Italy that is.
I did with my '73 rifle.

Also, many years of Italian firearm manufacture can be determined through the manufacturing code on the arms themselves, I found out (ie: AE, BN, BB, AB, etc). A partial list is printed in the back of my somewhat aging Blue Book. I suspect a current Blue Book would have a more up to date list.
