A Revolving Rifle for Hoof Hearted

Greetings -
whilst perusing the Simpson's Limited website I chanced across this original Remington Revolving Rifle:

REMINGTON REVOLVING RIFLE; 36 cal; good bore, good stock, 21'' barrel, mismatched cylinder is #114, brass trigger guard and buttplate, folding leaf rear sight, finish is gone and the metal shows signs of being cleaned and polished, having some scattered traces of some very minor pitting.

From what I understand they made some two piece (like this one) and some one piece.

The sight is reminiscent of an 1866?
the conversion is also "unique" and of the Police type, but the cylinder is left pretty long, hence the wasp waist at the breech end.
