That line is often credited to Groucho Marx, don't know for sure if he originated it, but there is a lot of truth to it.  I see it all the time, up here, looking for clip ones and are wearing a pair and a belt.  Most often you can't see the belt buckle though.  Old time high waisted pants have an advatage as you get older. ;)

Right you are ... that was an arctic survival diving suit underneath everything. At room temperature, I lost fifteen pounds in sweat while that pic was being taken ... LOL
