Willie, PR is an officer in the CG. I'm an old Army guy and not familar with CG or Naval rank. I checked the GAF roster and your membership number is 665.

PR and I have already talked before, and he's helping me with my frock coat and making sure it's accurate. I believe he's a Commander with promotion to full bird Captain coming up. I'm not sure, but I'm honored to be able to call on him here, that's for sure.
