Hey gents, I have a guy that wants a couple bandoleero type holsters, I have the Ghormley pattern kit, old western collection, wondering if any of those patterns will work for these..S&W model 586 in .357 caliber magnum, 8 3/8 inch barrel ,

S&W model 63 in .22 LR, 5 inch barrel
or if any of you have a pattern that will work.
Thanks
Ron

By bandoleero holster, does that mean a holster on a bandoleer? If so, I'd think any pattern holster that fits the pistol will work. It would be just like putting a holster on a shoulder rig. Instead of a loop on the back, you just attach the holster to the belt or bandoleer.

exactly, the problem is I dont have a pattern for the holsters for the guns at all, I can figure out the bando part from a piece of material he will send me.

Maybe you could get an idea from your local gun shop. They will have holsters for them and the holster may be made to fit several different guns. You can cruise down and ask what will be similar.

Thanks Will, that was my last resort...If I couldnt find a pattern.

You can always take the gun, and some reference photos of what they want, and create a hand-made template that is actually dummied up for, and fitted to the gun.

Just make sure that having possession of the firearm would be legal for you in your state.  ;)
Just because you CAN ride the hide off a horse, doesn't mean you should.
