I was glad to see the dates already out for the national shoot, last year I had a fishing cabin in Ont. already
reserved when the dates came out. I shot 1 nat. shoot at Ackley a few years ago and reading about this years
shoot I am hoping to make it in 09. My question is, I have a friend and his dad who are fairly new to our sport
that I'm thinking about bringing along . Their guns are all NCOWS  legal and we'll camp in my buffalo camp but they
probably don't have 3 days worth of clothing that is up to our standards. I don't want to cause a problem to fellow
shooters or to them about authenticity. I read you had several new members at this last years shoot, did you have
any situation like this?

                               Thanks BTB

If they have a change, there is always the quick trip to a laundromat to wash clothes.

Tell 'em not to worry. (Besides, how authentic to wear the same clothes for three days. . . )

Plus, hopefully Hamilton Dry Goods will be there again. Their prices and quality were excellent. Pards were stumbling out of their store with armloads of purchases.

Very true John, although I'm sure everyone at Ft. Hartsuff was glad I had plenty of clothes to change into. ;D

The time has passed so quick, the years all run together now.

Ron Hamilton told me they were planning on being there again this year.  So, Hamilton Dry Goods will be open for business with the usual good clothes at reasonable prices.

French Jack, not only does Hamilton's have good clothes at a very good price, but most everything is MADE IN AMERICA. Just can't beat that! TJ  :D

What size do they need? I'm sure there is someone who could bring an extra shirt or 2 if we knew what size is needed.  jt
