Indeed it will!  If you go to blackpowderrevolver.net you'll see a video of the publisher loading both the Remington New Army and the Starr SA.  The publisher tested the loader against a .36 Remington pocket, 1851 Navy, 1860 Army, 1847 Walker, 1863 Starr. I've designed the Triple P to load the Ruger Old Army, 1861 Navy, and the 1849 Pocket/Wells Fargo as well. With the additional wad cutter, you can also cut your own felt wads for your revolvers.
