RCBS die sets for 56/50 Spencer

Has anyone experieced the new  RCBS LEGACY SERIES 56/50 Spencer die set . There new and not many places have them yet. Called RCBS they are priced at $55.95 .I think you may find a better price ,seems a bit high. ----Red leg

I haven't been using mine long but I like them what I have used them.......They were a little cheaper and in stock at Midway.

do they crimp 512 bullet fermley my 30 year old CH dies onley just crimp enough to stop bullet moving forwaed good with black but bullets want to push into case with smokless unless conpresed and i have found trail-boss dosent licke to be conpresed

The crimp seem to be every bit as tight as my 45 Colts, and have no set back over the smokeless loads I have set to try. Until it warms up and I put a few rounds down range I won't be able to tell anything more.

Red Leg: RCBS makes two different sets of 56-50 dies. One is the Legacy cowboy action die set and costs about $45.  The other is un-named and costs about $280.  Anybody know anything about the high dollar set? There is a 90 day waiting period to have them made. I guess it takes that long to put the gold plating on them.        Hoot
