Well the 2008 National Shoot and the 45 Colt Championship are over . Now it's time to start thinking of 2009 and yes I am working on the 45 Colt Championship for 2009 . I am proud we were the first to do this event . At a time when WIMP loads are killing CAS . STAY THE COURSE .

Killing CAS ya say, Rowdy?

I think NCOWS has stayed pretty true, but it sure has hurt on Premier organization, that's for sure.

;)

The Colt 45 Championship was a great idea, RF!

The 45 colt championship is something we had talked about for years. Rowdy made it happened. We were first with a great ideal and it all happened at the NCOWS NATIONAL SHOOT. Wonder what Rowdy will come up with now. What ever it is, try to be there at the 09 National shoot. I know everything is high $$$, so start planning for that event now. We will do our best to make you glad that you came.TJ  ;)

There will be a summary of the 1st Annual .45 Colt Chanpionship, in an upcoming issue of The Shootist::)

I'm afraid my words did not do that great event justice.

Funny thing I just shot at the Minnesota State championship this past weekend, which had 218 shooters, shooting everything from 32's to 45's, I did not see any hurt put on it at all, they had people from all over the states including Tex SASS # 4 Keep on dreaming guys SASS is still going strong as well as the independent clubs that are out there, NCOWS isn't the only place to shoot....
