USFA-CSS Shirt Design I made. Could They be sold?

I was dinking around tonight. I thought how about I make a shirt for us USFA-CSS members. Well I don't know if I can do it or not legally. Can I? Well anyways attached is the site where you can see two pics of what I came up with so that I did not use anybody's designs. Just click them to see them larger. If I was allowed I could make them for $15 a piece. Let me know what you all think, or if I can do this.

I tried to get a USFA shirt I saw from their USFA Shooter's Day with no luck.  I would definitely wear USFA material, especially if it had their US logo design.

(It would help if they're made using really QUALITY T-Shirts, like Haines "Beefy-Ts")

I'd also like to see it in a Long Sleeved T or Henley (which I wear a lot in the winter months)

How about in colors?  That would be a nice option too.

I'll check with Marshal Holloway and see what he thinks, but myself, I really can't see that there would be any problems with it.

Yer right, Forty Rod. 
We'll run it by Banjoman and see how they feel about it, also. Somehow, I don't believe they'll go "Colt" on us when it is actually free advertising for them.
Maybe Banjoman will weigh in on it, if he reads this post.
