Guns of August 2008 video clips

I know there are a bunch of NCOWS members like myself that also belong to SASS. So, I thought you might get a kick from the following video clips from the SASS Midwest Regional Championship, Guns of August 2008.

The match was hosted by Big Irons Posse that Wilbur Rexroat (Rob Stieger) belongs to and he also belongs to the GLF&MCO. Anyway, I was ask to video tape the match and here is a couple of short clips from what is a hour and a half DVD (95 minutes).

The first clip is of Tex # 4, one of the founders of SASS shooting full loads of black powder at regular speed, and then in slow motion..... watch for the concussive waves that hit the target before the bullet gets there.

The second clip is of country/western star, Royal Wade Kimes. I was given special permission to film his performance as long as I didn't record the whole song(s), due to copywrite infringment.

Yea.....When I was shooting the video......I could feel the concussion from his pistols....

Bill, to say I've been busy would be an understatement, but things have finally settled down.  A long story....I'll tell you about it.
