Does anyone here load for the .30-40 Krag using 200 grain LRNGC Silver Alloy bullets from Oregon Trail?  Does anyone load 200 grain cast bullets using IMR 3031 powder?

All I have on hand is IMR 3031, True Shot .308 dia. cast Lead RNGC bullets, and I can't find a load using the IMR 3031 except for a 42.0 grain load pushing a 150 gr. Nosler or a 38.0 grain load pushing a 180 grain jacketed bullet.  Those were maximum charges.

I see the 30.0 grain weight difference between the 150 grain bullet and the 180 grain bullet and the four grain weight difference between the 42 grains of 3031 and 38 grains of 303, but I'm not sure I'd want to just drop four grains over that 20 grain difference in bullet weight I have between the posted 180 and my 200 grain bullets.

Tried calling IMR, but they aren't open on Fridays.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Listen!  Do you hear that?  The roar of Cannons and the screams of the dying.  Ahh!  Music to my ears.
