I hit the mother load!!

Wendays most generaly are my wife day to go goffy if we aren't going garage saling on the wekend coming up! I went pick up a set a dies and some and some other stuff.
On the way home we stop by this place that buys out buiness that have shut there doors!
they had bought got a grocery store and , what do you think was on the sel, :of 4 bootles of Filippo Berio EVOO 17oz bottls for $3.50 a bottle, they are in my leather room right now!

just wanted to share.

pardon my curosity, but what does EVOO have to do with leather crafting? Is it a dye or softener of some kind?

It's one of the better oils to use on leather. It has to be the cold pressed extra virgin stuff, though.

Boondocker, the reason you want to use Extra Virgin Olive oil, is because Extra Virgin Olive oil, TESTS OUT TO BE PURE, and won't go rancid on you down the road or years later.

Only two things I tell my people to put on there saddles. Pure Neatsfoot oil or EVOO.

Red, although I am a newbie, I agree 100%, i buy my 100% PURE Neatsfoot oil at the farm stores, and you save a lot of money over buying from a leather house! Atwoods sells it for $4.59 a quart!
Just my 2 cents and I only have 1
