It 'is' a Conversion...

Likely engraved at that time, and at the moment, reasonably priced, but since Gunbroker's an auction - you never know what it can bring if a couple of guys get into a bidding war.

When that happens, it artificially drives prices higher and doesn't take into account the animosity of one bidder for another.

Good for the seller - bad for future buyers until the piece sits awhile with no takers.

I'm not so sure it has the features of a Beals model but it is a Remington navy model conversion. Perhaps the New Model of 1863(most likely-serial number ranges on the New Model were between 22365 to 45105).

The Beals had a dovetailed German Silver cone front sight and a loading lever without the "sail" web.  This is a New Model Navy.  The notches on the rear of the cylinder mark it as a Rimfire 38.

You can't judge the Model by the conversion alone, either, as I am working on a friend's Beals factory conversion with the New Model Navy style conversion in it.  Probably depends upon when Remington did the job.  Most Beals conversions use an earlier style conversion cylinder and backplate.

The revolver in question, though is definitly not a Beals, it is a New Model Navy.
