Looks like Terry on the other post "highlighted" has most of the best advice for the Henry, only other mod might be to add a 7/16" wood dow the lenght of three of your cartridge's after you load up, to help with doing away with the Henry hop. I think the Henry has a special place and just have to work on shooting this rifle as it was intended. I'm really enjoying mine in the 44-40 cal. and blackpowder loads and have found that I'm more accurate in cas types of shooting with the heavy Henry.
