Got my new MK III

It came in last week, but I hadn't had time to give it a try, or even a look see until this morning.

DANG!!!!! That is one high quality piece of work there! I degreased it and put it in my Lee handles, filled the pot with some 40-1 lead and let it set on the pot while waitin' fer the melt to happen. Had to run 5 pours through it b'fore I got good boolits, but once it was hot enuff it makes sum beeeeeutiful projectiles! (note to self: this mold likes it HOT!!! Run the temp at 800 degrees fer best looking/well filled out boolits)

It will be a while afore I cn' get them loaded up and git out 't the range due to commitments  'n stuff (read: werking a lotta overtime) but I already know they fly good and I'm going to enjoy werkin' up the purfekt load wif em!

Meanwhile, Thanx DD fer alla the work you did in getting this one on the market! I know it wuz a labor of love, but a lotta pards are gonna really get a lot of pleasure outta it!

Thanks for the flowers Cuts.  I cast up some of the big DD Mk-III 45-70 bullets at 'Hang Um High' last weekend and some real good shooters picked up samples.  The opinion was universal.  This is one fine long range black powder design.
