..... Cereal Killers.  :o  ::)  ;)

GROAN!!!!   ::)   ;)

Of course, the historical events upon which Steel Horse has based his little tale bring us right back on topic .... The explorer who discovered the Sandwich (Hawaiian) Islands, and lost his life there, was none other than Captain Cook ....

(The name given by Cook to the archipelago was in honour of the Fourth Earl of Sandwich,  First Lord of the Admiralty at that time, and the man after whom the "sandwich" is named ......... )

Of course, in deference to River City John, Cook did visit Java on his First Voyage of Discovery .....

I think I'm hungry ...... :)

Delmonico

Thank You Sir.

BTW Earl Samwhich is often given credit for inventing the samwhich, but not true, it got named after him cause he'd rather sit and play cards while eatin' meat between bread rather than stopping for a regular meal. ::)

Gambler's Anonymous might have been able to help him, however we would have had to think up another name for them. ;D
