Finally Joined

Don't know why it took me so long to actually join BOLD, but I'm BOLD member #921.  Maybe I was trying to save up the $2 for the certificate, I don't know.  I've been around on this site for a few years, though.

Been a Law Dawg in a medium-sized city for 18 years; 14 as a patrol officer and 4 as a detective.  On our department, detective is a permanent promotion and I'll probably retire as a detective (don't want to be a sergeant).  I started out working auto theft, then burglary and now I'm just starting in the Robbery Unit.

I guess it was about time that I intoduce myself.  I'm like the guy who walks up to a group at a party and joins in the conversation, but no one knows who he is.  There.  Now you know who I am.
