Howdy Pards:

Has anyone had any experience with the Taylor & Co's. (uberti) 1858 Remington conversions?  I am considering a brace of these and was wondering if anyone had anythig to say about them.  I think they would really look good in a set of those Frank James holsters....

Here's a pic of mine and the holsters I made for them. I think the Frank James rigs would really look good. I've often thought about making a pair just for them. They're great shootin' irons. Mine are converted with drop-ins but the ready made ones are even better. You'll have a good time with them.

Thanks for the input...the ones I am looking at are in .38 cal. with 5 1/2" barrels.

Yup..them's the puppies....however I think I will wait on them...just picked up a nice set of SS Great Western II's for a song
